  • Unopened and Unused: For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Note: Due to the personal nature of our products (e.g., sex toys, lubricants), we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind or didn’t like the item after use.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved Refunds: If eligible, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if accessories or packaging are missing.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is on you unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Lingerie, lubricants, or other personal items removed from their sealed packaging.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

6. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Cancellations
